These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Levona — including this website, our mobile applications, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We have written these Terms in plain language because clarity honours both you and the message we carry.

Levona is a ministry media platform. You may use it to watch, listen, read, and share content for personal devotion, study, and ministry — provided your use is consistent with the spirit of the message and with these Terms.

You may access most content without an account. Some features — uploading, managing collections, and administrative tools — are available only to invited and authenticated users.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and authentication tokens secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Roles such as correspondent, editor, and administrator are granted by invitation. Accepting an elevated role means accepting the additional responsibilities it carries.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that put the ministry or other users at risk.

When you upload videos, audio, photos, magazines, or other material to Levona ("your content"):

• You confirm that you have the right to share it and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You grant Levona a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, stream, and distribute your content through the Service for the purposes of the ministry.
• You retain ownership of your content. You may remove it at any time, subject to a short retention period for backups.
• We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, the law, or the doctrinal direction of the ministry.

To keep this place edifying and safe, you agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or hateful material.
• Post content that contradicts or mocks the doctrines and message this ministry exists to share.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with the ministry.
• Attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the Service — including scraping, rate-limit evasion, or attacks on authentication.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, distribute malware, or harvest user data.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

Levona, its name, marks, design, and the original written and audiovisual works we publish are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to public content for personal and ministry use. You may not copy, modify, or commercially distribute our material without written permission.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with the details and we will respond promptly.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request that we delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose the ministry or other users to harm.

Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability — will remain in effect after termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Spiritual content shared on Levona is published for the edification of the body and is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, medical advice, or professional services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levona and its stewards will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which, for most users, is nothing — the Service is free).

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, give notice on the site or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
