Levona is a ministry media platform — a place to watch miracles, hear broadcasts, read magazines, and bear witness to what God is doing in these last days. We take the privacy of every visitor seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

By using this site or our mobile app, you agree to the practices described here. If anything is unclear, please reach out — we would rather answer a question than leave you in doubt.

We only collect what we need to serve you well. That includes:

• Account information — your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) the name and avatar Google provides.
• Content you upload — videos, photos, audio, magazines, titles, descriptions, and any metadata you choose to attach to your contributions.
• Technical information — your IP address, approximate location, browser, device, and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site secure and understand which content is most needed.
• Authentication tokens — secure session identifiers that keep you signed in across visits.
• Audit records — for content managers and administrators, we log actions taken on the platform (uploads, edits, role changes) for accountability.

• To deliver the content you request — videos, audio, magazines, and radio.
• To authenticate you and protect your account from unauthorized access.
• To understand which messages are reaching which regions, so we can pray and steward better.
• To keep the platform secure and detect abuse.
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell your data. We do not show third-party advertising. We do not profile you for marketing purposes.

We use a small number of cookies, all in service of the site itself:

• Session cookies — to keep you signed in and to protect against forgery attacks.
• Theme preference — to remember whether you prefer light, dark, or system theme.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; doing so will simply sign you out.

We share information only in narrow, necessary circumstances:

• Service providers — hosting, email, and storage providers that act on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
• Google sign-in — if you choose Google to sign in, Google receives the standard authentication request. We only ask for your email and basic profile.
• Legal requirements — if we are compelled by valid legal process, we will comply, but only to the extent required.

Your information is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed — never stored in plain text. Connections to the site are encrypted over HTTPS. Access to administrative tools is restricted to authorized stewards and is audited.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will do so, subject to a short retention period for backups and any legal obligation we may have.

You have the right to:

• See what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your account and personal information.
• Export the content you have uploaded.
• Withdraw consent and stop using the platform at any time.

Levona is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

As the ministry grows, this policy may be updated. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or by a banner on the site. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
